3. How to ask a question:

You can ask live or message me in advance.

Advance notice is best so I can plan the time. You can message me at Loretta at InnerMammalInstitute.org. Or on Facebook, or the Contact form on this site.

You can ask your question yourself or have me read it.

When I ask for questions live, wave your hand if your video is on, or click chat to message me during the show. If I don’t get to your question this week, I will be glad to hear it next week. Advance messagers have priority.

When it’s your turn to ask a question, don’t start until I say “You’re on” because it takes a moment to un-mute you.  Your mike will stay on so I can hear your response after my answer.

4. When to log on:

Every Sunday 10 am Pacific Time (1pm Eastern, 5pm GMT)
Each country has its own daylight savings schedule. When in doubt, check a site like this one to find your local equivalent of 10am in California.
