Together we will determine:
- your happy chemical goal and your cortisol-avoidance goal
- the new behavior or thought pattern you can use to reach it
- strategies to keep you repeating the new pattern for 45 days
I am not a licensed health care professional. My role is to strategize, not empathize. I discount 10% for students. I set aside 10% for workshops with people in need. Follow-up sessions can be arranged as needed for circuit-building, but this is not intended to be on-going coaching or therapy.
